When I first heard about the Yoga program at work, I was a bit apprehensive/hesitant to join as I was under the impression it would be boring and not productive.  That notion went away quickly during the first session with Nicole, and I could not wait for the next week to go to the session.  It has been a very wonderful experience.  She is a fantastic, caring, knowledgeable, and very accommodating Yoga coach, able to focus the exercises on different areas of our bodies to work on with the expected results of feeling very relaxed afterward.
